By accessing or using UPFAN ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Eligibility
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use UPFAN. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
Content Guidelines
Family-Friendly Platform: UPFAN is a family-friendly platform. We strictly prohibit any explicit, adult, or inappropriate content.
Prohibited Content
- Explicit sexual or adult content
- Nudity or sexually suggestive material
- Violence, gore, or graphic content
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Harassment or bullying
- Illegal activities or substances
- Copyrighted material without authorization
Subscriptions & Payments
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
How to Cancel
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → UPFAN → Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → UPFAN → Cancel
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google according to their respective policies:
- Apple: Request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: Request refunds through Google Play order history
Restore Purchases
If you need to restore your purchases after reinstalling the app or switching devices, use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app settings.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, posting prohibited content, or fraudulent activity.
